Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the product and packaging. We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution, including replacement where applicable.
