Return and Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Postura does not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any reason, except where expressly required by applicable law. By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this no-return, no-refund policy.
Please review your order carefully before submitting. Once an order is placed and payment is processed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives visibly damaged or defective due to a manufacturing defect, you must:
- Contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier
- Provide your order number and full name
- Include clear photographs of the damaged or defective product AND the original packaging
Claims submitted after 48 hours of confirmed delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances. Postura reserves the sole right to determine whether a product qualifies as damaged or defective and to decide the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement product at our discretion. Refunds will not be issued for damaged or defective items.
Non-Qualifying Situations
The following situations do NOT qualify for returns, exchanges, or refunds:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Items that do not fit as expected
- Delays, losses, or damage caused by the shipping carrier or customs
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but claimed as not received (please contact your local carrier or file a claim with them directly)
- Incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout
- Products purchased during sale or promotional events
- Products that have been used, washed, or altered in any way
Lost or Stolen Packages
Postura is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase, you agree to contact Postura before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Postura may result in your order being permanently blacklisted from future purchases and may be disputed by Postura with full documentation of this policy and your agreement to it at checkout.
Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Maryland.
