Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may be longer during peak periods, holidays, or due to high order volume. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Once submitted, orders cannot be modified or canceled. Please review all order details carefully before completing checkout.
Shipping Timeframes
Estimated delivery times vary by destination and shipping method selected at checkout. All delivery estimates are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed. Postura is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or others)
- Customs inspections or import delays
- Weather events, natural disasters, or acts of God
- Supply chain disruptions or carrier capacity issues
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability
- Government actions, public health emergencies, or other force majeure events
International Shipping
For international orders, customers are solely responsible for all import duties, taxes, tariffs, and customs fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and will not be reimbursed by Postura. Customs processing may add additional delays beyond the estimated delivery window.
Postura is not responsible if an international shipment is held, seized, or returned by customs authorities.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are fully responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Postura will not be liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for all products transfer to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier. Once a carrier has marked a shipment as delivered, Postura's liability ends. We are not responsible for packages reported as stolen after delivery.
Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and any secure delivery locations. Then contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Postura is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
If tracking shows your package as lost in transit (no movement for 15+ business days), please contact us and we will work with the carrier on your behalf. Resolution is at the carrier's discretion and Postura does not guarantee reshipment or refunds for carrier-lost packages.
