We stand behind our product with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy, neither are we — and we'll make it right.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original condition (unwashed, undamaged). To start a return, email us at support@posturealignpro.com with your order number and reason for return.

We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no cost — no need to return the original item.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been washed, worn extensively, or show signs of damage caused by misuse cannot be returned.
